Messi reaches 54 goals in international competitions
Leo Messi continues to break down barriers. This Wednesday, against Bayer 04 Leverkusen, he scored his 54th goal in international competitions. So far, he’s scored a total of 49 goals in the Champions League, 4 in the Club World Cup and 1 in the European Super Cup. In addition, his five goals against Bayer Leverkusen situate the Argentine at the top of the Champions League’s goal-scorers chart (12).
